Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 90 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please pack securely and with proper padding. We are not able to credit you for product that arrives damaged due to improper packing.

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If your return is approved, we will apply a credit memo to your account. You will receive the credit memo via email (please be sure to provide us with the proper email address) within 24 hours of our inspection of the goods.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We are unable to credit you for shipping or handling fees.
