Raw Pitaya Orange Creamsicle Pudding with Rawmio (Recipe!)

This recipe tastes like an orange and vanilla creamsicle but we think you'll agree that with ingredients like antioxidant-rich frozen dragon fruit (pitaya), fresh citrus, maqui berry, fresh coconut meat and Rawmio raw chocolate decadence, it's FAR better for you.

The Recipe

Pitaya Orange Creamsicle Pudding

Serves 1

Ingredients

2 juicy oranges - slice the peel off and dice for easy blending  (we used cara cara - but use whatever is juiciest. Ask your produce guy/gal to tell you what's best right now)
Pitaya - 1 pack frozen
1/2 cup young Thai coconut meat
1 tsp vanilla extract, or 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1/4 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp maqui berry powder (optional but tasty)

Garnishing: Top with Rawmio Chocolate Covered Mulberries, Rawmio Almond Silk, and superfoods of your liking. 

Instructions

1. Blend ingredients until smooth and pudding-like. You can also turn this into a smoothie by adding coconut water so it's drinkable. Great for layering in raw parfaits too!
